Position: Japanese Sales Manager
Industry: Manufacturing
Location: Quezon City
Salary: 100,000 - 150,000 Gross (negotiable)
Work Schedule: Dayshift with Weekends off

Requirements:
• Native Japanese
• Conversational in English
• Preferably graduate of Mechanical Engineering or any related course
• Preferably with B2B sales experience
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Sales management
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City

Responsibilities:
• Responsible in handling sales forecast, market research and account management
• Create effective marketing and sales strategy
• Familiarize with technical terms and process of air-conditioning product
• Discuss the product quality and specifications and provide necessary information needed
• Handle retention of existing clients
• Will perform Technical sales of Aircon to Japanese clients
• Travel throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders, build customer relationships, and follow up on customer concerns.
• Meet sales goals through the development of existing customers and prospecting new business
