Company Profile: A publicly listed company on the Philippine Stock Exchange. This is one of the most diversified gaming companies in the Philippines as their roster includes bingo halls, online gaming, casino arcades, hotel and casino operations as well as real estate development.
Position: Mandarin HR Training and Development
Industries: IT Online Gaming Company
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: Php 75,000 - Php 120,000
Schedule: Dayshift (9:00-6:00 pm)- Weekends off
Responsibilities:
✅ Create and implement various initiatives to assist employees in developing and improving their skills.
✅ Prepares training materials for new employee orientation as well as sessions to introduce current staff members to new company policies.
✅ Determine the company's weaknesses and learning needs. This could involve examining performance information, carrying out polls, or providing cost-benefit evaluations to ascertain learning requirements among departments.
✅ Responsible for training of new employees and introducing/explaining the organisational structure and company policies.
✅ Monitor and implement effective performance review cycles that provide employees with feedback on performance, career opportunities, and ongoing learning and development.
Requirements:
✅ Fluency in both English and Mandarin language
✅ Bachelor’s Degree Holder in Psychology, Human Resources or any related course is preferred.
✅ At least 2 years relevant experience in talent management and development.
✅ Experience in Performance management and organisation development, tracking and enabling meaningful discussions, solutions and documentation
✅ Excellent team collaboration and the ability to establish positive working relationships across the organisation
