REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✨Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
✨Open to undergraduates and a Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is required.
✨Having 1–2 years of relevant experience and previous news-wire experience is a plus.
✨Having a customer service background in a fast-paced environment is an advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
✨Proofread Mandarin Chinese content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting accuracy.
✨Ensure translations are linguistically accurate and culturally appropriate for the target audience.
✨Review translated press releases, financial reports, marketing materials, and corporate communications before publication.
✨Maintain consistency in terminology, tone, style, and brand guidelines across all documents.
✨Identify and correct typographical, grammatical, and contextual errors.
✨Compare source and translated content to ensure completeness and accuracy when required.
