Position: Mandarin Management Trainee
Location: Taguig City
Salary: Php 30,000-Php 80,000
Industry: E-Commerce
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule
Work Setup: Work On-site
Responsibilities:
✅ Receives training and performs duties in different designations such as finance, inventory, operations, and human resource of the company
✅ Learns line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business
✅ Meet performance goals and objectives set by upper management
✅ Observes experienced colleagues to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties
Requirements:
✅ Proficient in Mandarin and English language.
✅ Open to Bachelor's degree in any field
✅ Open to Fresh graduates and with work experience
✅ Open to work on site Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:30pm
✅ Strong interpersonal skills, written, and oral communication skills
✅ Strong quantitative and analytical skills
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment
✅ Ability to work under pressure
✅ Proficient in using Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Presentation)
