⭐Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak Mandarin & English.

⭐Willing to work on a flexible schedule.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
⭐Coordinate vessel schedules, cargo shipments, and delivery timelines to ensure smooth shipping operations.
⭐Communicate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers, contractors, and business partners regarding shipping and logistics concerns.
⭐Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and Bills of Lading.
⭐Monitor shipment progress, resolve logistics issues, and coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and port authorities to ensure timely delivery.
