REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅Proficient in Mandarin and conversational-proficient in English
✅Open to High School graduates, Undergraduates, and Bachelor’s graduates in any courses.
✅Open to no related experience.
✅Having customer service experience is an advantage.
✅Having BPO experience is a big plus
✅Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer handling skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
✅Communicate with customers via phone calls to address transportation, logistics, and delivery-related inquiries.
✅Assist customers with package tracking, shipment updates, delivery status, and shipping concerns.
✅Process customer requests for refunds, returns, and order-related concerns in accordance with company policies and procedures.
✅Support customers with order placement, modifications, cancellations, and delivery updates to ensure a smooth customer experience.
✅Coordinate with internal departments and logistics teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently and provide timely solutions.
✅Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and case resolutions while delivering exceptional customer service.
