REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✨ Open to Filipinos and Filipino‑Chinese proficient in Mandarin and English
✨ Open to Undergraduate and Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
✨ Open to fresh graduates with strong learning ability, excellent problem‑solving skills, and outstanding cross‑functional communication skills
✨ Candidates with experience in IT Business Partner, Business Analyst, IT Support, System Integration, or related roles are encouraged to apply
✨ Strong analytical thinking with the ability to understand and improve business processes
✨ Excellent interpersonal skills, effective cross‑department communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
✨ Experience with Azure, BI tools, workflow documentation, or system implementation is an advantage
✨ Willing to travel occasionally to support store operations

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
✨Provide operational support and maintenance for store systems, including POS, marketing, and online payment platforms.
✨Gather and analyze business requirements, identify process improvements, and collaborate with the development team to deliver effective IT solutions.
✨Participate in the full project life cycle: initiation, requirements gathering, system configuration, deployment, on-site support, user training, and post‑implementation assistance.
✨Troubleshoot system and operational issues during implementation, ensuring functional testing and business support.
✨Coordinate and communicate across departments to ensure seamless project execution and business alignment.
✨Support store operations through occasional business travel as needed.
