Requirements

🔵 Filipino National fluent in speaking, reading and writing Mandarin Language
🔵 Good English communication skills
🔵 Preferably Bachelor's Degree of any course
🔵 Knowledgeable in basic network and windows troubleshooting
🔵 Preferably 40 years old below

Responsibilities

🔵 Will coordinate with Chinese clients
🔵 Provide first-level support in troubleshooting customer concerns
🔵 Assist BIR related concern
🔵 Documenting concerns and inquiries using the appropriate guidelines and procedures
🔵 Ensure completeness and accuracy of the records.
