REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
✅Open to Bachelor’s graduates and undergraduates in any course are welcome to apply.
✅Having 3 years of experience in managing substantial budgets on either Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager.
✅Knowledgeable in Excel, attribution modeling, and mobile measurement partners.
✅Knowledge of attribution models, conversion tracking, and performance optimization.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
✅Develop and execute user acquisition strategies across Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid media platforms.
✅Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve conversion rates and user acquisition efficiency.
✅Conduct audience targeting, retargeting, and segmentation strategies.
✅Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Appsflyer, Adjust, and other tracking tools.
✅Stay updated with the latest platform algorithm changes, advertising policies, and industry best practices.
