Position: Mandarin Operations Lead

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
✅Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
✅Having 3 years of experience in platform operations, digital media, the creator economy, social media, or related fields.
✅Having the ability to manage projects effectively and ensure successful execution.
✅Strong analytical and data-driven approach, with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and business intelligence tools.
✅Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
✅ Experience collaborating with influencers, MCNs, creator agencies, or media-related platforms.
✅Familiarity with subscription-based services and community-focused platforms.
✅Hands-on experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
✅Manage and monitor day-to-day business activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
✅Supervise, coach, and evaluate team members to achieve operational goals and maintain high performance.
✅Serve as the primary liaison between local teams and Mandarin-speaking clients, executives, or business partners.
✅Track key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare reports, and use data insights to improve operational efficiency.
✅Create and execute plans, policies, and procedures that support business objectives and drive growth.
✅Identify operational challenges, implement process improvements, and ensure timely resolution of business concerns.
