Position: Mandarin Online Shopping Customer Care
Location: Manila City
Salary: Php 60,000-Php 85,000
Schedule: Shifting Schedule 2 days off
Work Set-up: Work from home with Laptop Provided

Requirements:
✅Can speak, read and write the Mandarin language thru chat
✅Can type Chinese characters
✅Can speak Mandarin and English
✅Has background working as CSR in BPO
✅Having an online shopping experience is better
✅No age limit and open to graduates and non graduates
✅Willing to work asap

Responsibilities:
✅Provide exceptional service to an upscale international clientele via email and telephone
✅Offer assistance and solutions that will result in increased customer satisfaction
✅Understand the customer’s situation and provide the best possible resolution
✅Perform ad hoc duties as needed
✅Informing Chinese customers on how to place an order online
✅Assist in customer’s cancellation of luxury brand order
✅Answer questions about payment modes in online shopping
✅Explain the return policy for damaged items
✅Discuss how to know if the item has been shipped
✅Explain how to get free shipping
