Position: Mandarin Store Manager
Location: Ermita, Manila (Robinsons Place Manila) or Novaliches, Quezon City (SM City Fairview)
Schedule: Dayshift-Midshift Schedule
Industry: Retail Company
Salary: PHP 40,000 – PHP 60,000

Requirements:
✅ Preferably bachelor’s degree in any course
✅ Experience as a retail Store Manager, preferably with at least 2-3 years of experience as a store manager in a clothing store/brand.
✅ Experience in customer service, and enjoys interacting with different types of people
✅ Experience in handling a team and work in a fast-paced environment
✅ Willing to be assigned and transferred to other branches
✅ Proficient in Mandarin language (Read, write and speak)

Responsibilities:
✅ Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff
✅ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
✅ Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
✅ Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
✅ Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits/sales, etc.
✅ Actively maintains a global brand image.
✅ Manage daily store operations that includes assisting all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc)
