Requirements:
⭐Malaysian national can speak Mandarin
⭐Open for undergraduate or Highschool graduate
⭐At Least 35 years old below

⭐Willing to work in shifting schedule
⭐With experience in hotel reservation | Customer service

Responsibilities:
⭐Responsible to greets all the guest in entrance venue
⭐Assist the guest regarding to their queries and complaints to ensure they needs are met
⭐Communicates all customer feedback to manager and supervisor
⭐Promotes the business by recognizing VIP and regular guest
⭐Maintain the cleanliness of the menu, bill order and entrance
