Position: Document Controller
Industry: Manufacturing Company
Location: Ugong Norte, Quezon City
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:30PM
Work Set up: On site

Requirements:
🎉 Bachelor's Degree Graduate of Business Administration, Human Resource Management or any Business Courses.
🎉 With at least 2 to 3 years of work experience as a Document Controller.
🎉 Training / Certification in Document Control Management is a plus.
🎉 Can work in Ugong Norte, Quezon City

Responsibilities:
🎉 Support in the files and document management for the organization.
🎉 Management of Hard Copies stored in the Central Filing Room, soft copies and electronic data management system.
🎉 Take part in regulatory inspections and internal audits.
🎉 Maintain the security and confidentiality of Sensitive Business Documents.
🎉 Control and supervise the flow of documents in and our of department.
