Client Profile:
A well-known Japanese company that produces appliances with high quality worldwide. The company launched its first product in 1951, and as of right now, they are focused on sales and distribution.
Position: Sales Planning Associate
Industry: Manufacturing Company
Location: Ugong Norte, Quezon City
Salary: Php20,000-Php25,000
Schedule: Monday – Friday / 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Set up: On – site
Requirements:
✨Bachelor's/College Degree holder.
✨With working experience in planning and/or data analysis for at least 1 year.
✨Working experience in the Air conditioning/Electronics/Retail Industry is an advantage
✨Willing to work on site Ugong Norte, Quezon City
✨Amenable to attend face to face interview.
Responsibilities:
✨In charge of the reporting and budgeting procedures.
✨Develop connections and maintain close communication with departments (Corporate Planning, Supply Planning, Customer Service, etc.) as well as with our distributors and related businesses.
✨Report the status of the scope of work (sales results, order booking, and enquiry pipeline).
✨Participate in monthly forecast meetings with supply planning.
✨Provide suggestions for process design and enhancements.
✨Convert ideas into detailed action plans, manage cross-departmental project teams, and have direct contact with IT.
✨Track the CRM assigned to sales territory and sales representative, and share updates on a regular basis.
✨Collaborate with sales teams and allocating better resources.
✨Other task as assigned.
