Position: Accounting Specialist

Schedule: Monday to Saturday
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 110,000
Set-Up: Work Onsite

Requirements:
📣 Proficient in Mandarin and English
📣 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
📣 1 to 2 years’ experience in cashier and receivables management
📣 Effective communication and collaboration abilities

Duties:
📣 Ensure proper handling and reconciliation of cash balances and maintain accurate records.
📣 Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any billing discrepancies and facilitate the billing and invoicing to clients.
📣 Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for both cash and receivables.
📣 Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in entering financial data
📣 Generate regular reports detailing cash flow, outstanding receivables, and financial performances
📣 Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
