Job Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
•Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in IT management roles.
•Strong technical knowledge in System Administration, Networking, PBX Firewall- SonicWall.
•Well aware of IT securities and compliance including ISO 27001, SOC2 Type II Etc.
•Previous experience in managing KPO/BPO, Virtual Assistance, Graphic Design, Call Center, or Insurance Processes is highly desirable.
•Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
•Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Familiarity with IT security standards, compliance regulations, and best practices.
•Project management expertise, including the ability to lead and oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
•Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and stakeholders.
