Position: Employee Relations Staff

Work Location: Biñan City, Laguna
Work Schedule: Weekends Off | Dayshift

Job Descriptions:
✨ Prepare and issue any disciplinary action notice such as NTE as well as Employment Contract and Performance Evaluation to ech employee.
✨ Ensuring that training plan and system is well executed.
✨ Execution, Review and update the Company Handbook Code of Conduct.
✨ Will handle labor relations in accordance with DOLE.
✨ Other task as assigned

Job Requirements:
✨ Bachelors Degree holder.
✨ At least 1-2 years of working experience in HR facets specifically in Employee Relations.
✨ Amenable to work onsite.
✨ Amenable to attend face to face interview.
