Company Profile: This is one of the well-known and leading providers of BPO solutions that has around 30,000 employees in the Philippines.
Position: Spanish Customer Support Specialist
Industry: BPO Company
Location: Cubao, Quezon City
Salary: PHP 50,000 gross
Schedule: Shifting
Work set-up: Onsite
Requirements:
❍ Preferably Filipino national fluent in Spanish and English
❍ Open for native Spanish speakers with permanent resident visa
❍ At least a high school / SHS graduate
❍ BPO experience is a plus but not required
❍ Experience in handling Spanish bilingual accounts is an advantage
❍ Willing to work onsite in Cubao
Responsibilities:
❍ Respond to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
❍ Analyze and resolve issues received from the customer
❍ Escalate the call to the next level if necessary
❍ Perform other related tasks needed
