Position: Mandarin Operations Specialist
Location: Makati City
Salary: Negotiable

Requirements:
💫Proficient in Mandarin, English and Filipino
💫Bachelor’s Degree in any course.
💫Data Labelling or customer service experience is preferred
💫Account/Project management experience of at least 1 year above

Responsibilities:
💫Collaborate with the Sales and CSM team closely and effectively to understand & respond to clients' requirements timely.
💫Research and analyze current industry trends and advancements in voice design to ensure our AI voices are cutting-edge and competitive in the market
💫Leading the meeting with clients for the services of the company and details/requirements of the robot AI-voice.
💫Designing the robot AI-voice script and flows; test and fine-tune AI voices to ensure they accurately reflect the desired tone and personality of the client.
💫Continuously monitor and track the performance of AI voices.
