The company is a Chinese-based company set up in 2002 by one of the wealthiest people in the Chinese fashion industry. Currently, the company has over 6,000 stores in the market, both local and global.
✔️Position: Mandarin Store Manager (PHP 60,000 gross)
✔️Location: Novaliches, Quezon City (SM City Fairview)
✔️Schedule: Dayshift-Mid shift Schedule
✔️Industry: Retail Company
✔️Salary: PHP 40,000 – PHP 60,000
✔️Benefits: TBD by the company
Requirements:
✔️ Preferably bachelor’s degree in any course
✔️ Preferably 29 years old below.
✔️ Experience as a retail Store Manager, preferably with at least 2-3 years of experience as a store manager in a clothing store/brand.
✔️ Experience in customer service, and enjoys interacting with different types of people
✔️ Experience in handling a team and work in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Willing to be assigned and transferred to other branches
✔️ Proficient in Mandarin language (Read, write and speak)
Responsibilities:
✔️ Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff
✔️ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
✔️ Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
✔️ Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
✔️ Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits/sales, etc.
✔️ Actively maintains a global brand image.
✔️ Manage daily store operations that includes assisting all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc)
