Position: Mandarin Engineering Department Executive

Location: Aseana Avenue, Paranaque
Schedule: Dayshift 10am-7pm, 6 days off per month
Salary: Negotiable
Work Set-up: Onsite

Requirements:
◉ A Filipino or Chinese national who is proficient in Mandarin and English language.
◉ Bachelor’s degree graduate in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architectural decoration design, or other related courses.
◉ More than 3 years of engineering-related work experience, with certain personnel and equipment management capabilities, and reasonable deployment of various tasks;
◉ Familiarity with the application and facility performance of interior decoration materials and equipment.

Responsibilities:
◉ Supervise and manage daily operation of Engineering Technology Department
◉ Handle inquiries regarding the normal operation of equipment and systems such as strong current and weak current systems in the building and emergencies.
◉ Develop operational plans and control parameters for power distribution and weak current system equipment
◉ Plan and implement various plans for the equipment systems in charge
Organize the technical personnel of the Engineering Technology Department and inspect work quality.
◉ Collect, sort and file technical files such as equipment system operation records, maintenance records, equipment resumes, etc.
