Position: Mandarin Account Verification Specialist

Responsibilities:
✅ Verifying the documents and requirements submitted for opening an account as a seller.
✅ Checking if the seller conforms to the terms and conditions of the company.
✅ Provides prompt and efficient service to sellers, including the appropriate escalation of Sellers' issues.
✅ Interact with Sellers by phone and email with the objectives of coaching and helping them with account-related topics.
✅ Coordinate with other departments as required to resolve Seller's issues and questions.

Requirements:
✅ Proficient in Mandarin and English language.
✅ Open to graduates and undergraduates.
✅ Open to no related work experience.
✅ BPO and Customer Service experience is a big plus.
