Position: Mandarin Client Service Specialist
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Salary: Php 70,000 - PHp 120,000
Schedule: Midshift Schedule 2 days off per week (3PM-11PM | 4PM-12AM)
Work Set-up: Work On-site

Requirements:
✅ Can speak, read and write the Mandarin and English language
✅ Has background working as CSR in BPO
✅ Open to work during weekends if required
✅ Open to graduates and non graduates
✅ Willing to work asap

Responsibilities:
✅ Process new account applications and onboard new clients
✅ Communicate with new and existing clients to build strong and reputable relationships
✅ Update and configure existing accounts according to client demand (account maintenance)
✅ Work closely with the Sales team to ensure client needs are met
✅ Provide client support, including technical, operational, and basic trading
✅ Respond to client queries relating to account management
✅ Respond to incoming enquiries from clients via email, live chat, and telephone in a timely and professional manner
✅ Provide assistance in the creation and implementation of new procedures and processes
