Position: Mandarin Customer Specialist

Schedule: Shifting Scheduled with 2 days off

Responsibilities:
✅Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, and chat
✅Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
✅Assisting and helping customers with product concerns
✅Monitoring and tracking orders
✅Perform other related tasks
Requirements:
✅Proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese and English language
✅Open to undergraduate, and Bachelor’s graduates
✅Relevant experience in Customer Service is a big plus
✅A good understanding of travel products, services, and destinations.
