Position: Mandarin Administrative Assistant
Location: Davao
Schedule: Dayshift (Monday-Saturday | 8:30am - 5:30pm)

Responsibilities
🔶 Coordinate the requests of Chinese clients to engineers/miners/technicians.
🔶Assist Chinese employees about communication and cultural adaptation.
🔶Handle personal tasks and errands as assigned, such as managing personal appointments and schedules of the CEO.
🔶Arrange personal travel or travel together with the CEO, including solo traveling for work.
🔶Translate documents from Chinese to English and vice versa.

Requirements:
🔶A Filipino citizen who can speak Mandarin and English language fluently.
🔶Must be a Bachelor’s Degree graduate of any course.
🔶Open for fresh graduates.
🔶Knowledge in engineering/mining is an advantage but not required.
🔶Willing to relocate in Davao
