Position: Mandarin Sales Associate
Location: Makati
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule
Industry: Furniture Industry
Salary: PHP 40,000 – PHP 50,000
Requirements:
◉ Proficient in Mandarin and English language
◉ Preferably Bachelor’s degree in any course
◉ Proven experience in sales, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
◉ Experience in customer service, and enjoys interacting with different types of people
◉ Excellent negotiation and presentation skills and knowledge of the industry and market trends.
◉ Previous experience in sales, particularly within the Mandarin-speaking market, is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
◉ Execute complex sales and effectively manage the sales process and activities;
◉ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
◉ Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
◉ Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
◉ Negotiate/close deals and handle sales presentation
◉ Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
◉ Create frequent reviews and reports with sales activities
◉ Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results
