Position: Mandarin E-Commerce Support Specialist
Location: Pasay City
Salary: Php 110,000
Industry: Shared Services Company/Biggest Online Marketplace
Schedule: Dayshift and Mid shift (2 days off)
Work Setup: Work On-site
Responsibilities:
◉ Provides prompt and efficient service to Sellers, including the appropriate escalation of Sellers' issues.
◉ Interact with Sellers by phone and email with the objectives of coaching and helping them with account-related topics.
◉ Actively seeks solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation
◉ Coordinate with other departments as required to resolve Seller's issues and questions.
Requirements:
◉ Proficient in Mandarin and English language
◉ Bachelor's Degree in any courses; Also open for Undergraduates and High School with BPO Experience.
◉ Experience in similar BPO set-ups is a big plus
◉ Experience in Customer Service is a big advantage
◉ Knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel or similar desktop applications.
