Position: Mandarin Service Desk
Industry: IT/BPO Company
Location: Taguig City
Salary: PHP 90,000 - PHP 110,000 gross
Schedule: Shifting (2 Days Off)
Work Setup: Onsite

Requirements:
🧡 Preferably Filipino who can speak, read, and write Mandarin and English
🧡 Open to graduate and undergraduate of computer science or related areas
🧡 Knowledge of Microsoft Server, Service Now, Active Directory, and Network Technologies
🧡 Preferably with a background in troubleshooting
🧡 With working experience in Technical Support and Customer Service
🧡 Willing to work on a shifting schedule
🧡 Willing to work onsite

Responsibilities:
🧡 Frontline support is capable of resolving 70%of inquiries and relevant escalation to the next support levels in the areas of specialization, such as; SAP ERP System, Global corporate applications (Service-now)
🧡 Monitor and support the internal clients for technical related concern
🧡 Responsible for translating the issues, requests, and concerns using technical tools
🧡 Assist inquiries such as troubleshooting through calls or email
🧡 Record the trend of calls and recognize outages proactively.
🧡 Issuing ticketing numbers to the customers for the escalation of inquiries.
