Position: Mandarin Customer Service Specialist
Industry: BPO Company
Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Salary: PHP 90,000 gross
Schedule: Shifting (2 Days Off)
Work Setup: Onsite
Requirements:
🧡 Preferably Filipino national fluent in Mandarin and English
🧡 Open to native Mandarin speakers with permanent resident visa in the Philippines
🧡 Open to graduate and undergraduate
🧡 Preferably with Customer Service experience
🧡 Good understanding of travel products, services, and desitanations
🧡 Willing to work on a shifting schedule
🧡 Willing to work onsite
Responsibilities:
🧡 Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, and chat
🧡 Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
🧡 Assisting and helping customers with product concerns
🧡 Monitoring and tracking orders
🧡 Perform other related tasks
