Position: Mandarin Customer Service Specialist
Industry: Financial Consultancy
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Salary: Php 70,000 - PHp 100,000
Schedule: Mid Shift Schedule (3PM-11PM | 4PM-12AM) and 2 days off per week
Work Set-up: Work On-site

◉ Filipino National can speak, read and write Mandarin.
◉ Conversational level in English
◉ Preferably Bachelor’s degree holder of any course
◉ With or without experience open to apply.
◉ Customer service background is a plus but not required
◉ Willing to work onsite
◉ Can start as soon as possible

Responsibilities:
◉ Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
◉ Provide assistance in the creation and implementation of new procedures and processes
◉ Familiarizing yourself with new products and services as they are introduced
◉ Maintaining a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times.
