Position: Mandarin Property Engineering Supervisor
Industry: Real Estate
Location: Parañaque City
Salary: Negotiable
Schedule: Dayshift (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM) | 6 Days Off per month
Work Setup: Onsite

Requirements:
✔ Proficient in speaking, reading and writing Mandarin and English
✔ Preferably Filipino or Chinese National who has permanent visa in the Philippines
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architectural Decoration Design or other related courses
✔ At least 3 years and above of engineering related work experience
✔ With experience of handling personnel and equipment management capabilities
✔ Familiarity with the application and facility performance of interior decoration materials and equipment

Responsibilities:
✔ Supervise and manage daily operation of Engineering Technology Department
✔ Develop operational plans and control parameters for power distribution and weak current system equipment
✔ Plan and implement various plans for the equipment systems in charge
✔ Organize the technical personnel of the Engineering Technology Department and inspect work quality.
✔ Collect, sort and file technical files such as equipment system operation records, maintenance records, equipment resumes, etc.
