Position: Mandarin Customer Specialist

Responsibilities:
👉Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, and chat
👉Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
👉Assisting and helping customers with product concerns
👉Monitoring and tracking orders
👉Perform other related tasks

Requirements:
👉Proficient in Mandarin and English language
👉Open to undergraduate, and Bachelor’s graduates
👉Relevant experience in Customer Service is a big plus
👉A good understanding of travel products, services, and destinations.
