Position: Mandarin Client Service Officers
Industry: Bank/Finance Company
Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 100,000 gross (Negotiable)
Schedule: Dayshift
Work Setup: Hybrid Set-up
Requirements:
✔️ Proficient in speaking, reading and writing Traditional Mandarin
✔️ At least conversation in English
✔️ Open to Foreign Nationals (depending on experience and proficiency in the indicated language)
✔️ Open to Graduate and Undergraduates
✔️ At least 1 year working experience as a Customer Service
✔️ Experience in Financial Institution is a plus
Responsibilities:
✔️ Handling Client Inquiries thru call, email and chat.
✔️ Responsible to client concerns regarding their banking needs
✔️ Maintaining client records and documenting processes
✔️ Identifying potential client services concerns and facilitating it to prevent any problems may occur
✔️ Perform other related task
