Position: Mandarin Customer Experience Associate
Type of job: Emails, and Calls
Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Schedule: Shifting Scheduled with 2 days off
Industry: BPO Company
Salary: Negotiable
Work Setup: Work On-Site
Requirements:
◉ Preferably Filipino national fluent in Mandarin and English
◉ Open to undergraduate, and Bachelor’s graduates
◉ Preferably with Customer Service experience
◉ Good understanding of travel products, services, and destinations
Responsibilities:
◉ Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, and chat
◉ Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
◉ Assisting and helping customers with product concerns
◉ Monitoring and tracking orders
◉ Perform other related tasks.
