Position: Mandarin HR Admin Coordinator
Type of job: Back office Job
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Schedule: Dayshift, 9 AM to 6 PM
Industry: Shared Services
Salary: Negotiable
Work set-up: Work On-Site
Requirements:
◉ Bachelor's Degree of any course.
◉ Proficient in Mandarin, English and Filipino.
◉ At least 6 months experience in any corporate setting; HR background is an advantage
Responsibilities:
◉ Assists the HR Manager and HR Team to ensure all locations are fully staffed with the required number of employees.
◉ Act as the bridge of Chinese employees to the HR Department regarding inquiries or concerns.
◉ Redirecting HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team
◉ Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback
◉ Support other functions as assigned
