Company Profile:
This company is a real estate company providing construction business to the Chinese business owners who would like to expand in the Philippine market.
Position: Mandarin Property Administrator
Industry: Real Estate
Location: Aseana Avenue, Paranaque
Schedule: Dayshift 10am-7pm, 6 days off per month
Salary: Negotiable
Work Set-up: Onsite
Requirements:
◉ Filipino national can speak, read and write Mandarin fluently
◉ Bachelors’ degree of business or any related course
◉ Knowledgeable in Microsoft office
◉ Has a real estate work experience
Responsibilities:
◉ Managing the financial aspects of a real estate business such as accounting, bookkeeping, and tax preparation
◉ Analyzing financial reports to track the performance of investment properties
◉ Managing the day-to-day operations of a real estate business, including scheduling appointments and showing homes to prospective buyers or tenants
◉ Responsible for the translation work of the building property and the management of Filipino employees
