Responsibilities:
✅ This is a non-client-facing role.
✅ Handles maintaining or inputting client data across all systems like updating of company name, and opening, or closing of accounts.
✅ Deliver excellent customer service to achieve customer satisfaction by completing account onboarding and maintenance requests.
✅ Reports to Team Manager

Requirements:
✅ Proficient in Mandarin and English Language
✅ Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in any field, open to undergraduates.
✅ Financial Services or Banking work experience is a must.
✅ Has Customer service experience.
