Company Profile: One of the luxurious hotels here in the Philippines accommodating local and foreign clients/customers.
Position: Mandarin Executive Assistant
Industry: Hotel and Casino
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 90,000 gross
Schedule: Dayshift (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM) | 2 Days Off per week
Work Setup: Onsite
Requirements:
🧡 Proficient in Mandarin, English and Filipino
🧡 Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in any courses
🧡 With experience as a personal assistant or in any administrative role
🧡 Familiar in using Microsoft Office and using computers
🧡 Willing to work onsite in Taguig City
Responsibilities:
🧡 Being the point of contact for general communications with the bosses
🧡 Answering calls and routing them to the right person
🧡 Planning and scheduling meetings
🧡 Handling memos, reports, invoices, and related documents, including sensitive information
🧡 Greeting clients and visitors as needed, including delivery of messages
🧡 Office duties such as sourcing office supplies and handling the filing system
🧡 Perform other related tasks needed
