Position: Mandarin Service Desk
Industry: IT/BPO Company
Location: Taguig City
Salary: Php 90,000 - Php 110,000 gross
Schedule: Shifting (2 Days Off)
Work Setup: Onsite

Requirements:
🧡 Preferably Filipino who can speak, read, and write Mandarin and English
🧡 Open to graduate and undergraduate of computer science or related areas
🧡 Knowledge of Microsoft Server, Service Now, Active Directory, and Network Technologies
🧡 Preferably with a background in troubleshooting
🧡 With working experience in Technical Support and Customer Service
🧡 Willing to work on a shifting schedule
🧡 Willing to work onsite

Responsibilities:
🧡 Fixing technical issues and helping users when problems arise
🧡 Ensuring software licenses are up-to-date and compliant
🧡 Investigating and resolving hardware and software glitches
🧡 Setting up and testing new hardware to ensure it works correctly
🧡 Addressing user requests and issues
🧡 Logging all service desk communications and document issue resolution
