Position: Mandarin Sales Help Desk Specialist (PHP 50,000 + Dayshift Schedule)
Location: Makati
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule
Industry: Furniture Industry
Salary: PHP 40,000 – PHP 50,000

Requirements:
➤ Proficient in Mandarin and English language
➤ Preferably Bachelor’s degree in any course
➤ Proven experience in sales, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
➤ Experience in customer service, and enjoys interacting with different types of people
➤ Excellent negotiation and presentation skills and knowledge of the industry and market trends.
➤ Previous experience in sales, particularly within the Mandarin-speaking market, is an advantage.

Responsibilities:
➤ Execute complex sales and effectively manage the sales process and activities;
➤ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
➤ Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
➤ Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
➤ Negotiate/close deals and handle sales presentation
➤ Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
➤ Create frequent reviews and reports with sales activities
➤ Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results
