Company Details: An IT and Service Support company providing customer care & support, technical support services and back-end support to companies engaged in interactive online sports gaming activities.
Position: Malaysian Customer Support
Industry: Online Gaming Company
Salary: Php90,000-Php100,000
Schedule: Shifting
Location: Makati City
Work Set-up: Work On Site
Requirements:
—Malaysian national willing to relocate in the Philippines
—Bachelor’s Degree holder of any course
—Proficient in Mandarin/Hokkien and English
—At least 1 year experience in Betting or Customer Service
—Fresh Graduate is also welcome to apply
—Amenable to work in shifting schedule
—Willing to work in Makati City
Responsibilities:
—Handling and replying to customer inquiries through email, phone and a live clients
—Maintaining customer relations
—Providing feedback to Supervisor/Head on customer's needs/feedbacks
—Preparing and generating reports/relating customer's queries
—Data entries of event results in the systems
—And all other task assigned by the Supervisor/Head of the Department

—Initial Interview (HR Interview) via Skype
—Language Assessment (Translation Exam)
—Hiring Manager's Interview (Skype)
