Position: Mandarin Store Manager
Industry: Retail Company
Location: Ermita, Manila (Robinsons Place Manila) or Novaliches, Quezon City (SM City Fairview)
Salary: Php 40,000 – Php 60,000 gross
Schedule: Dayshift-Midshift Schedule
Work Setup: Onsite

Requirements:
🔵 Proficient in Mandarin and English
🔵 Preferably Bachelor's degree in any courses
🔵 Experience as a Retail Store Manager
🔵 Preferrably with atleast 2-3 years experience as a Store Manager in a Clothing Store/Brand
🔵 With working experience handling a Team
🔵 Flexible to be assign and transfer to other branches if needed

Responsibilities:
🔵 Responsible in overseeing the daily operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively
🔵 Motivating the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff
🔵 Creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability
🔵 Hiring, training, and overseeing new staff
🔵 Managing budgets and maintaining statistical and financial records
🔵 Dealing with customer queries and complaints
🔵 Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
🔵 Additional store manager duties as needed
