Position:‌ Mandarin‌ Consular Assistant

Schedule: Dayshift‌ ‌- Weekends off
Salary:‌ Php40,000 - Php50,000
Work Set-up: Work On-Site

Responsibilities:
✨ Responsible for Passport Application processing of the Chinese people
✨ Handling paper works and handles concerns
✨ Ensure all records are maintained as per company procedures.
✨ Receive daily information and needs from employees, allocate resources appropriately, and solve problems.

Requirements:
✨ Filipino nationality or Chinese nationality who have obtained Philippine permanent residence status.
✨ Bachelor degree or above; proficient in Chinese and English, with good Chinese reading and writing skills; those who can speak Tagalog and Hokkien are preferred.
✨ Familiar with computer and daily office operation.
✨ Good communication skills and service awareness.
✨ No criminal record and can work legally in the Philippines.
