Position: Mandarin Audit Specialist
Industry: Real Estate
Location: Aseana Avenue, Paranaque
Schedule: Dayshift (10AM - 7PM), Monday - Saturday
Salary: Negotiable
Work Set-up: Onsite

Requirements:
💠Proficient in Mandarin and English language.
💠Bachelor’s degree majoring in finance or auditing is an advantage but not required.
💠With 1-3 years of relevant work experience in auditing is preferred.

Responsibilities:
💠Prepare internal audit reports and take part on making decisions for all audit matters involved;
💠Assist the government audit department in independent audit activities of the company;
💠Collect, sort and file of original investigations related to audit materials, keep confidentiality and protect the legitimate rights and interests of the parties in accordance with regulations;
💠Implement and supervise the implementation of the company's overall tax plan, and regularly report on the implementation;
💠Propose a project tax plan based on the company's various preferential conditions and the actual situation of the project.
