Requirements of Job Application:
✅Proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English language.
✅Open to high school, Undergraduates, and Graduates of any courses.
✅Experience in Compliance and Financial Markets Product knowledge.
✅Knowledgeable in market misconduct and abuse issues.
✅Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
✅Ability to follow processes and meet timeframes
Responsibilities of the Job:
✅Analyzing and escalating communications between in-scope users and the external market to help detect and minimize potential market misconduct and market abuse.
✅Monitor assigned products and derivative markets to detect market conditions that could adversely affect Exchange contracts.
✅Investigating and documenting evidence on cases of non-compliance, uncompetitive behavior, market abuse, and insider trading.
✅Investigating and documenting all losses flowing from risks.
✅Responsible for reducing harmful, fraudulent, and abusive use.
