Position: Mandarin Administrative Assistant
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: Php 60,000 – Php 90,000
Industry: Hotel
Schedule: Dayshift (M-F 9:00 am – 6:00 pm)
Work Set -up: Onsite | 2 days Off

Requirements:
• Filipino national can speak, read and write in Mandarin
• Bachelors Degree of any course
• Has 1 year work experience as administrative assistant or Personal assistant
• Can start as soon as possible
• Proficient in MS Office ( MS Excel, MS Powerpint)

Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Coordinating between internal staff and external parties/service providers if required
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Organize and schedule appointments
