Position: Mandarin HR Manager
Industry: Electronic Technology Company
Schedule: Dayshift (Monday to Friday)
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Salary: Php 40,000 - Php 60,000
Set-up: Onsite

Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Psychology or any related course
✅ Proficient in Mandarin, English and Tagalog
✅ At least 2-3 years experience in HR role

Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
✅ Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
✅ Maintain company organization charts and employee directory
✅ Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
✅ Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
