Requirements of the Job:
✅Proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
✅Must have IT experience is a plus (MS Products, Networks etc.)
✅Have Technical Support and Customer Service experience.
✅Open to graduate and undergraduate preferably in computer science or related areas.

Responsibilities of Job Application:
✅Frontline support is capable of resolving 70%of inquiries and relevant escalation to the next support levels in the areas of specialization, such as SAP ERP System, Global corporate applications (Service-now)
✅Responsible for providing technical support and answering concerns via phone, email chat, and web.
✅Maintain a high degree of Customer Service for all support queries and follow all service management principles.
✅Record the trend of calls and recognize outages proactively.
✅Interact and coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
✅Issuing ticketing numbers to the customers for the escalation of inquiries.
