Company Profile:
One of the multinational manufacturing companies that produce cleaning supplies and other chemical consumables.

Position: Mandarin Customer Order Fulfillment
Salary: Php 65,000-Php75,000
Industry: Shared Services/Manufacturing Company
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (8:00 am to 5:00 pm OR 9:00 am to 6:00 pm)
Location: Makati City
Work Set-up: Work onsite

Requirements of the Job:
✅Can speak, read, and write in Mandarin and English.
✅Bachelor’s Degree graduate.
✅Have experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance (Accounts Receivable)
✅SAP experience, if no experience in SAP, at least Intermediate to Advanced Level in MS Excel
✅Able to multitask and work under pressure with strong attention to details
✅Able to work on his initiative and prioritize tasks
✅Values operating in a collaborative and cooperative environment.
✅Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to changes
✅Has a strong sense of urgency

Responsibilities of Job Application:
✅Order Management – Performs data entry according to established procedures from one or more supported markets.
✅Efficiently manages customer portals for Manual.
✅Executes established stock allocation procedure and error resolution logic, escalates stock availability issues or order errors outside the logic.
✅Identify best-in-class order management practices and apply suitable process enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
✅Maintains a high level of coordination with Customer Service Teams
✅Proactive order management and anticipating and solving issues relating to customer orders via email and calls
✅Liaise with customers to coordinate delivery dates based on stock availability / prioritize destinations (during reception windows)
✅Management of customer inquiry resolution through the development and implementation of action plans to eliminate the source problem
✅Identifies and implements process improvements and identifies efficiencies and best practices
✅Conducts trade visits with sales representatives if required and visits local country as a representative of SSC as necessary
✅Collaborates with the E-commerce department to solve systems issues
✅Develops and maintains customer service performance reporting systems to assist the local country in the efficient management of its business
